Study shows that the occurrence of hot flashes in women who exercise have been reduced to about 55%. Another benefit of exercise in this case scenario is that it will help one achieve stronger bones, which starts to get frailer during menopause.

But different bodies act in different ways so there is no guarantee that these will work for all women.
